It was just yesterday when we reported about thinner 15-inch MacBook Pros with retina display. Now we have reports suggesting possible dates for the unveiling of the MacBook Pro models. The WWDC set for June 11 will likely be the date for the announcement of the new MacBook Pros along with expected release dates for Mac OS X Mountain Lion and may be some preview of the new iOS 6.

Some other specific details worth mentioning includes the addition of 22nm Ivy Bridge processors along with flash memory for speeding up the booting process. It is unclear whether additional hard drives would be used or only the flash drives would feature as on MacBook Air.

We are already having news about the upcoming iOS but haven't seen much of it yet. It would be a great opportunity for Apple to show off some new features that would keep us excited over the next few months for the new iOS. The new Mac operating system, Mountain Lion which we saw back in February,  is also expected to have a release date at the event. Posted in: #Coffee Room
