TextMe App Lets You Share Interesting Stuff On Internet Via SMS

Indians love to text and with possibly the lowest SMS rates anywhere in the world, texting is one of the most preferred way of communication among Indians; second only to the 'missed calls'. Dayson Pais thought of combining the joy of sharing with the love of sending SMSes and the result is 'TextMe'. This browser based app lets you share any interesting content that you come across on the Internet by sending it to any mobile number within India via SMS. Let's say you're browsing CrazyEngineers Community and want to share an interesting discussion with your friend. Just hit the TextMe button and you'll get a little input box where you can enter the number you want to send the page to, along with custom text. Hit send and the service will send a link to that page to the number you specified. You can share text from email, image and videos as well in the same way.
