Sony Xperia Tablet Leak Shows More Power Over Sony Tablet S
A German News Site 'Mobiflip' has revealed the Sony Xperia Tablet on the internal slide leaks. Proving to be more powerful than Sony Tablet S, this new tablet comes has a 8.8mm-thick splash-proof aluminum shell and features a Tegra 3 quad-core processor, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich ("or later"), three variants; 16, 32 and 64GB, a larger 6000mAh battery ( sporting 10 hours battery) and support for 3G connectivity. Also comes bundled in the package is a lightweight keyboard Smart Cover that wraps the tablet and can be used as a stand.

The tentative plans about pricing are $450, $550 and $650 for the three variants respectively. Pricing about some of the accessories have also been revealed, such as keyboard-less carrying cover for $59.99, the premium cover for $79.99, a cradle for $39.99, a docking stand for $99.99, a simple stand for $24.99 and a dock speaker for $119.99. There is no word about the tablet's release date, but we can guess that it could be be launched in Q3 since Tablet S was released in Q3 2011.
