Skylon SpacePlane Project - Competition to Virgin Galactic?
The ambitious project called 'Skylon SpacePlane' is a hybrid plane using a Sabre engine that allows edge of space travel. No where on Earth is more than 4 hours away in this craft. What I found interesting was that this aircraft can operate just like any other airliner. So, you can do the taking off and landing at a conventional runway of your nearest airport. 😨
