simultaneous generation of pulses

hi everyone
i need to generate 3 pulses.pulses namely A,B,C are user programmable.
first of all A pulse is generated then B and finally C.but the problem coming is reference pulse is B.
i am using PIC16F877 having 200ns cycle.

Dude ! I cant understand the problem. Can you be more clear on what your application is? What are these pulses?
