Silicon metal production in sub-arc furnacessmelting)

I'm trying to develop a model for silicon smelting to produce 2202 silicon metal in a submerged arc furnace. If there's anyone with experience in this process, I'd like to know the typical values for the following:

1. Silica losses to dust

2. silicon losses to dust (through oxidation of SiO)

3. carbon efficiency/losses
