SalaryShare (#-Link-Snipped-#) is a web service that allows you to know how much your colleague makes, and hurt your ego. The tool is not just limited to your colleagues but you can create an anonymous salary pool for your co-workers, friends, twitter friends, virtual Facebook friends etc. The beauty of this service is that it lets everyone remain anonymous and yet disclose their salaries. Here's how it works -
Create an anonymous Salary Pool on the site and send the link to it to four friends who you think will disclose their salary. The site will then reveal salary span without actually revealing who makes how much. The site is a creation of crazy engineers at Job4Dev - a job site for the software developers.
