    If he is in manufacturing related industry, he will be put through all manufacturing divisions, maintenance and service to learn the basic issues in the plant. This may be followed by a more intensive work out in the specific area where he would be put in later permanently.
    However, where sensitive technology may be involved the amount of exposure to the activities may be curtailed till the person establishes himself.
