I think non IEEE members can also register for this.
But sadly, the second episode is over it seems.
It was dated 16th June 2009. How sad I missed it.

Let's see if i can catch the third episode. It's on 17th sep '09.

SS I could access the first episode, you sure you missed it?
Second episode was on 16 june, but I could not find presentataion as what i found for episode 1.
May be it will be uplaoded in a short while or there is a different URL to look for it?😕

Thanks for the information. Any idea how to get PDFs for a particular webinar? Registration is already done. Is PDF download allowed only for IEEE members?

No Shalini you dont need to be IEEE member to access this infomration, any one can. Once you have registered you can either play the video live or down load the PDF. The links mentioned just below the Video if I remember well
