Robotics arms or machine which rotates after filling resin inside for a particular time

I want to make a machine or rotational robotic arms .
like : as we see in chocolate bunny they are hallow inside just like that my product is so i want to make arms or a machine which rotates after filling resin inside for a particular time . plz can any one guide me i the right direction.
because this is to much hard .
