robotic mower diagnostic software

I am attempting to work on a Husqvarna Auto Mower, a robotic lawn mower, which belongs to one of my friends. The only problem is I do not know where to find any diagnostic software for this type of machine. I contacted the manufacturer and they only release their diagnostic software to dealers. I looked at the mower and it has CE listed next to the keypad control. I was writing to ask if anyone would know of any diagnosic software I could purchase or download which will let me run diagnostics and troubleshoot
