Project Abstract / Summary : The Objective is to design a vehicle with automatic navigation.
Automatic navigation is done by using path planning method.So that the user can reach the destination using the effective path without hitting at any obstacles.Highly accuracy and easily adoptable vehicle.This project aims at providing a better solution for the disabled by allowing them to have 100% free movement through a wheel chair is programmed. The user can select the desired destination and based on their choice, the wheel chair will act as a driverless vehicle which can choose its own path based on a efficient path planning algorithm. The chosen path will be dynamically updated based on the obstacles present on their way. Navigation Systems are sometimes offered as a special feature in this proposal

Why did you choose to work on this project topic : As per recent statistics, 22 million people among the population of India are disabled, out of which 6 million are with movement disability. Even though they are highly skilled, due to movement disability they become passive and inactive, which constantly decreases their confidence in leading their life. They are in a position to look for an assistance to perform each and every activity of their day to day life.So we choose this project
