    Anyone please help me to creat robot for robowar competetion.
    this should be a war b/w robots. robots are wired and controlled by human.
    i want to know how to introduce some mechanism to pick up the opponent robot?
    which type of motors are used for this?
    12 v is suitable.
    i think to use uc for controll
    Help me PLZ.

    If you use microcontroller.. please use a good motor controller to handle the current n heat..

    if you use motor its speed is not enough to lift that amount of weight so use some hydrolic system

    u can use two 12v gear motors connected to gears. then u can connect cycle chain to those gears and on other end connect it to some inclined surface to lift the opponent. use high torque motors...
