Rhino Shield To Increase Gorilla Glass Impact Resistance Up To 5 Times

We all are aware of how Gorilla Glass is protecting smartphone and tablet displays from scratches and cracks but we also know that with enough force this strong glass can shatter. In an effort to increase its impact resistance, folks over at Evolutive Labs have come up with Rhino Glass. This regular looking screen protector is made out of a pending patent and custom formulated polymer and can be used in conjunction with any case, or on its own.

The screen protector is only 0.028cm in thickness and comes with Oleophobic coating to protect it from fingerprint smudges and make it easy to clean. Evolutive Labs has started a funding campaign on Kickstarter and is eagerly awaiting for an amount of £50,000 after which they will be able to mass produce this product and provide it to backers by April this year.
