The HR12DE range of petrol engines are a part of Nissanâs project called âNissan Green Project 2010â. The ultimate aim of the organisation has been to reduce the worse effects of petrol engines on the environment. It mainly aims at reducing the carbon contents from the emission. The new technology has been so developed that it makes the engine light weight, compact and more efficient in terms of performance as copmared to the previous models. This increases the life of the engine to a great extent.
Once these engines become a part of cars manufactured in India, the day is not too far when Indians too will experience a revolution in these engine productions.
