  Here goes the explanation.
  
  Three stay far from the school and one is staying near. Rohit is staying far and kunal is near the school (direct inference).
  Rohit is good at maths, weak at hindi and social science.
  Kunal is good at hindi and ss, weak at maths.
  Either of rohit ,kunal or ashish studies in class vi.This implies john studies in class vi.
  
  As kunal and rohit are not good at all subjects, they cannot be in class v. Thus, kunal, rohit study in class iv and ashish in class v.
  Hence, ashish is good at all subjects.
  This also implies that john is weak in all the subjects.
