Queries regarding C-DAC counseling <CDAC : Second Round Of Counseling>>

Hi All
Hope every1 is doing good 😀
I have got 935 Rank (A+B+C) in CDAC. I have got Mumbai-TICA for PD-DVLSI course in 1st round of counseling.
But I don't know much about this campus. Could any1 please help me with some of my doubts:

1. How is Mumbai-TICA learning and placement vise for VLSI course?
2. I have given below preferences:

• VLSI- Pune C-DAC
• VLSI- Hyderabad
• VLSI- Bangalore
• VLSI- Mumbai TICA
• Embedded- Hyd
• Embedded- Pune Sunbeam
• Embedded- Pune C-DAC
• Embedded- Bangalore

​Now my question is, IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT I CAN GET VLSI PUNE, HYD, or BANGALORE at this RANK-935?

3. Can I change my choice preferences during 2nd round of counseling?
