    dear friends,

From the elementary study of control systems, it is clear that stability does play an essential role in the implementation of a control systems. Also there are a number of ways inn which it can be achieved i.e. we can decrease the open loop gain of the system or introduce a negative feedback loop in the system or we can even make use of a compensation circuit.

Now the problem that really keeps me on tenterhooks is the order in which these methods are to be implemented and whether or not their relative ordering will affect the performance of the system.

kindle the candle of knowledge to enlighten me...

    regards,
    proffy

Each and every compensator affects the stability of the system.

Try to draw the Bode plot or Root locus for the transfer function got after compensation and find the critical value of the constant.

If the constant is lesser than the critical value there will not be any impact on stability
