PIC to control appliances-urgent help

hello guys iam in need of your ideas about my project on how to control appliance using PIC16f84A:

iam also using a bt136 triac.

my problem is that i dont know how to make the PIC send back the status of the appliances to the system in the PC.

any ideas are appreciated
