Peristaltic pump trouble

Hi all!

Is there anyone here who know about peristaltic pump?

I am trying to test a peristaltic pump. I have set up the test, but when I run the pump I do not get what I expect..

If there is someone that can give me a hand, I will be more than happy to share the details.
