Paceable - customer support through Gmail

Yet another interesting startup to watch for. Paceable makes it damn easy to offer customer support through your gmail. The company has developed an Chrome add-on that integrates well with your gmail for apps and allows you to handle customer support efficiently.

Multiple users (support staff) are cc'd in email thread and each can track activity, discuss stuff internally before shooting off response to customer, assign threads to appropriate support staff etc.
