Online project development

Is there any site offering online projects development
Just for fun sake..(dunno about others but its actually fun for me)😁
In sense a site that reaches out to others to complete their projects (and also heard they certify for doing that)..
Not a big time programmer..just want to start with basics and then go ahead..

I hope you guys get idea of what exactly am trying to say

    That's good ! We can come up with some ideas and work on it here on CE. Some projects have been worked upon here on CE already. Let's wait for other people's reply. By the wya, What comp-languages and skills do you know?
