    Is there any site offering online projects development
    Just for fun sake..(dunno about others but its actually fun for me)😁
    In sense a site that reaches out to others to complete their projects (and also heard they certify for doing that)..
    Not a big time programmer..just want to start with basics and then go ahead..

    I hope you guys get idea of what exactly am trying to say

    Or just to develop programming skills (with no expectations)
