hey friends,
i got a new idea of online mock interview
as we have many CEans who are having a great skills in interviews
if any one interested i will explain the pattern and way of my idea

@akd: my idea is different
we start a thread at a specified time and call the CEan to that thread via chat at that time
then we start the interview by posting
and there is a limit of 5 members in a week or day depending on our time and participants
then after the entire interview we close the thread
this thread is also used as a reference to many CEans and nice time for us
is there any problem occurs because of it
