NPC Inverter Boost IGBT Zener Clamp
Hi,
I am currently looking at how a specific circuit works. The device part number is FZ06NPA070FP. I cannot determine what the ratings are for the diodes in the zener clamp for the boost igbt. It is labeled in the ratings table as Boost inverse diode.
Please advise on what zener and switching diode I can use for this.
