No New Xbox At E3 2012; Now Wait Begins For 2013

The reports of Sony's new Play Station and Microsoft's new Xbox #-Link-Snipped-# at this year's E3 has been officially denied by both the companies. We already knew about this announcement from Sony but now Microsoft has also confirmed this by saying that the new Xbox will not feature at E3 2012.

There were rumours which had the new Xbox codenamed as Durango claiming it to be a non-disc console with speculations of not playing current generation games. But #-Link-Snipped-# has now confirmed that Microsoft will not be sharing its future Xbox console at the trade show. David Dennis, a Microsoft's Spokesman, has issued a statement stating they had no plans of revealing the new Xbox at E3 or anytime sooner and also focussed on saying that this will be the best year ever for the console as it had outsold any other devices worldwide including DVD players and home theatre systems among others.

At E3 this year Microsoft will be focussed on games like Halo 4, Fable: The Journey, Forza Horizon among some of the top titles along with some Kinect games lined-up for the year. We can also expect some updates and improvements in TV, Movies and Music experiences with our Xbox as the console's features are coming to Windows 8.

We can only expect Nintendo's Wii U in the near future and not look out for the new Xbox or Play Station till, may be, 2013, about which we had #-Link-Snipped-#.
