NLB feature on Windows servers
Are there any windows admins here?
I am trying to understand how the Network Load Balancing service works on Windows 2000 Advanced server esp, how virtual MACs and IPs are assigned?
For example, there are multiple server clusters connected to a switch, will all of them use same NLB MAC address (in this case 02 01 00 00 00 00)??
I have already searched over internet and found few useful resources , but they dont answer few questions what i have.
