    Firstly, Strictly No SMS language please.
    Secondly if you are talking about physical layer then you might do a topic on cognitive antennas . A lot of research is happening here.

    For a breif up a cognitive antenna detects the unused frequency spectrum and uses it for transmission, this gives a much better spectrum utilisation. How it is done, what are the advantages and disadvantages is your part of job 😀. Dont ask for PPT/PDF.
