New iMacs May Have Anti-Reflective Glass Front

We love iMac! Like most of the iMac users, we complain about the glass front used in iMac all-in-ones. The light reflection creates distractions and most of the times makes the screen unreadable. Even the latest generation of iMac uses the glass front. However a recent report from Most touch panel makers post losses for 4Q11, affecting 2011 performance, say sources suggests that the next generation of iMac could be equipped with AR aka Anti-Reflective glass. G-Tech Optoelectronics, the company that supplies the glass fronts to Apple for the iMac lineup has said that they are working on producing more number of AR glass fronts for the iMac.

We're quite excited. We don't know anything about what Apple's planning to offer in the next refresh of iMac; but we're happy that the new glass will make iMac screen more usable without affecting the overall look of the beautiful machine. What do you expect from the next iMac?
