Networking Experts Help Needed

Hi,
to all....
I have to manage a laboratory with 20 new pc(brand new)
having windows7, I3 processor, 4GB RAM.
I can connect them through the common networking available in our institute.
I want to manage all through my personal computer....(remote formatting the OS and all this)
I know something about remote desktop.
PLs Give any suggestions...about such softwares.... or applications.

    hi.. scorpion007,
    i have to manage a laboratory containing 20 PC,
    all are connected through internet(4 mb/s) and common networking of our institute to our central server..
    i just want to make one PC in my lab as a server with all other as a client..
    Question is Can i do this through the same network,
    can the same PC work as a SERVER.

    Other than controlling what other features i can achieve through doing this...
    REGARDING THE SAME I NEED SOME HELP/HINT, ANY READING MATERIAL etc...

    It's fact that i don't know anything about this but i want to learn and having lots of spare time....😀
