    I would like to get a solution for this from someone who has experience.

    Application:
    Collect data from the devices within a range of 150 metres.
    I would like to get a solution for this from someone who has experience.

    Practical Conditions:
    No Line of sight.
    Eg:- Malls,Office Complexes,Flats

    Not preferring the GSM communication


    What could be the solution.?

    Maybe you can use RF Module. You can transmit and receive data. I have use RF Module EWRF 3022UT.
