Working fine. It could be a temporary DNS issue from your ISP. I switched over to Google DNS and sometimes use the OPEN DNS and everything works fine.

Problem started again - changed to almost every Open DNS to Google DNS
    None is working now ...

I have noted that I can't open secure websites now like extensions.gnome.org & ppa.launchpad.net which are most needed.
    Any successful help friends ?

Everything works perfectly except pinging secured websites.
