NBC News has acquired msnbc.com and its digital network from Microsoft Corporation. With a shocking decision they had not taken any time and rebranded the site with immediate effect as NBCNews.com. For a short period, msnbc.com will reflect the homepage of NBCNews.com. and Eventually, the address will also be shown as MSNBC TV

The financial terms for aquisition are not disclosed yet.
