Mysterious Indian teenager girl who cries blood

Well, i am not sure if I am not supposed to start this thread on an engineering forum, but I just couldn't resist myself.
Two days ago, I saw a documentary on National Geographic channel about a Mysterious Indian teenager girl, named as 'Twinkle Dwivedi' who reportedly cries blood from her eyes, hands and scalp. She was examined by an American doctor, Dr. Bukanan, who thinks it could be a hoax.
