Multiplying the given numbers by 99. Use this trick.
Example:
assume a three digit number: 118
now multiply with 99, what will be answer ?
118 x 99 = 11682

Tricks:
Add two zeros after three digit number. 118 become 11800
now do subtraction: 11800-118
answer: 11682 thats it..
this trick applicable for two digits, three digits, four digits and multiply by 99
