MTNL Continues the Crazy Price War

MTNL's Per Second Billing Plan

Under the plan, calls made within the MTNL network will be charged half paise per second, while calls to other networks across the country will be charged one paise per second.

MTNL will also provide video calls across its 3G network for one paise per second.

Text message rates have also been reduced to 25 paise for local, Re.1 for national and Rs.2.50 for international messages.

Isn't it starting a crazy price war. Anyways end beneficiary is the consumer.
