An amzing feat of moving an entire 122 year old building, the Machine Factory Oerlikon building in Zurich, by 60 metres foundation and all is on.

    Already common too 😀 But how about kinda building surgery - cutting reinforced concrete columns, lifting the upper part of the building, adding "column implant" (the purpose is to increase the storey's height) and re-bonding?
    I have read an article about this, will try to find it 😀

    Edit: not exactly this one, but it's interesting too 😀
