Though we do not have any surprising specifications, everybody of us will surely be excited to see the Gingerbread which is shown by the blue bar present on the screen. Though powered by Froyo 2.2 currently, it is definitely going to be updated to Gingerbread 2.3. The RAM/ROM configurations are the same as that of the previous version Droid X at 512MB/8GB respectively. The 4.3 inch, 1 GHz dual core powered by Tegra 2 has an upper hand over the earlier version because of the higher quality video playback of 1080p (1920 X 1080) (HDMI). Â This dual core processor designed by the Verizon Wireless facilitates a faster web page loading and Adobe Flash Player, thus providing the customers with a rich content.
The 4.3 inch screen is scratch resistant and anti reflective providing a sharp qHD display. So with this you can type your mails, watch your favourite movie or play interesting games with added fun and pleasure. The video playback frame rate is 26-30 fps. Moreover, the accelerometer, magnetometer, proximity sensor and light sensor add another feather to the cap. Bluetooth 2.1+EDR is also available for smooth data transfer. It has also got a 8 megapixel camera with auto focus feature. Not to forget that it is possible to share your 3G connection with upto 5 Wi-Fi enabled devices.
