mobile bug(detector)

we took a project named "mobile bug" from [#-Link-Snipped-# ,we have designed that on bread board and it is presently detecting mobiles at the time of signaling only(i.e during calls,ring or sms), i want to make it such that it can detect when the mobile is idle or in standby mode(i.e ON but no signaling)
