Microsoft's Latest Attempt To Buy Yahoo!

The news is making rounds on the Internet once again. It seems that Microsoft is preparing to take over the web company of the 90s - Yahoo! Inc. Several months ago, Microsoft made an open offer to acquire Yahoo both in stock and in cash. Yahoo's founder & then CEO, Jerry Yang had denied the offer and subsequently had to step down from his position. However, things haven't improved from Yahoo with the company offloading their search business to MS and running Google advertisements on their own pages. Moreover, yahoo also shut down lot of their services and sold few of them. Without a leader who can sail Yahoo's boat, the vision isn't clear for Yahoo.

What do you think? Will Microsoft actually acquire Yahoo?
