Microsoft tastes FIRST EVER LOSS
Microsoft has experienced first quarterly loss since they registered in stock market in 1986
Microsoft bought aQuantive online advertising in $6.3 billion in the hopes that it would bring them profit big time; however the aquisition led them to a loss of $492 million in the three months end on June 2012 (cmopared to a profit of $5.9 Billion last year)
The only good news for the computing giant is that they are doing well in other areas, which will give them a space to bear the loss.
aQuantive was bought to do competition with Google, do you think that Microsoft will again give it a try to go locking their horns with Google even after their first ever big loss??
