    Adding to its Vdeo series, Micromax has unveiled Spark Vdeo smartphone with the Google Duo experience. The entry level budget device, all set to roll exclusively via Snapdeal starting Friday, March 24, comes with 4G VoLTE support, and is priced at Rs. 4,499. It features a 4.5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) FWVGA IPS display. Powered by a 1.1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor it is coupled with 1 GB of RAM.

    There is an 8 GB of internal storage on offer which is further expandable via a microSD slot (up to 32 GB). It also claims to support text in 12 regional languages including Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Assamese, Punjabi, Kannada, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Marathi. On optics front, the novel device houses a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front shooter for selfies and video chats.

    Backed up by a battery support of 1800 mAh, the smartphone is slated to deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 150 hours of standby time. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and FM radio. The dual-SIM Spark Vdeo runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and would retail in a Gold colored variant.
