It seems that Micromax has decided to launch a number of Bolt phones this year. Although the phone wasn’t listed on any Indian website, it might be available offline because a Mumbai based retailer #-Link-Snipped-#about the same. Let’s look at the specifications of the budget phone.
The dual-sim phone has a 4 inch display of 480x800 pixels. The phone is based on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box OS. It is powered by 1 GHz single-core processor and with 512 MB of RAM. It has both the front and rear cameras each of 0.3 MP. It has an internal storage of 4 GB and can be expanded further to 32 GB using microSD card. Under connectivity, the phone offers the options of 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPS and Bluetooth 2.1. Considering all these specs, Bolt S300 packs an impressive 1200 mAh battery which is expected to deliver a talk time of 4.5 hours and standby time of 155 hours.
The actual cost of the phone is Rs 3899 but the Mumbai based retailer will be providing it at an offer price of Rs 3300. There is no news about exactly when the phone will reach the Indian markets.
