They are used to an extent in many AI devices but the price tag and the topologies used are still under research for it to become more common

i have found this information ,
resistance measured in ohms produces voltage proportional to current in relation dv=RdI
capacitance measured in farads produces rate of change of voltage across it
dQ=cdV
inductance measured in henries realts flux current according to relation
dpim(magnetic flux)=LdI
in the case of memristor it relates MAGNETIC FLUX=MdQ so that every pair of variables could be related
