Mechanical torque and load torque caluculation of induction motor driven pump

Hi all,

I want to know exact difference between electro-mechanical torque(Te) and load toque (Tl) caculation of an induction motor and i want to know the exact formulas to calculate both terms.. Here i inserted my project basic block diagram, and in it the induction motor is used to driven pump, for that how to calculate the mechanical power(Pm).Can anyone assist me please....power(Pm)
