I just notice that you have a meguro MO-1254A. Do you have any schematics about it ? I'm searching this for a long time now in order to repair it. But I have found nothing. The manufacturer replied me that he had nothing more about it.

Hmm. Since the scope is a 50MHz one, and your carrier is only 10MHz, i think you can measure it.
Just probe the RF input at the FM receiver. If you don't have receiver, connect an FM antenna to your scope. But i think the levels read by the scope would be very low, depends on your transmitter power though.
