Making bootable usb pen drive for installing windows os

It is easy to carry pen drive then a cd. So i think to make a bootable usb pen drive, by which i install windows os on any system...
I search on net i found it is possible, but i am not able to got right way...
So any one can help me...

    I just got a software named- "MakeBootable", but it not working on my Kingston 2 gb pen drive.
