MakeMyTrip To Acquire Luxury Tours and Travel of Singapore for $3 million

Deep Kalra founded MakeMyTrip, a leading travel portal from India is all set to expand its operations outside India. The company is acquiring Singapore based Luxury Tours and Travel for reported $3 million (LTT).

LTT was founded in 1985 and a leader in online travel bookings in Singapore. Make My Trip is relatively a newer company and has made a mark in Indian Online Travel Industry.
