i am getting MSc(tech) information systems in hydrabad campus.......should i take it ?? is it good ?? also are there any chances of branch upgradation ???

ReyaHyderabad campus is BITS Pilani right? Branch upgradation is available in BITS provided your percentage should be 90+ for that.
