Archery: competition over for indian as World no 1 Deepika Kumari disappointed in round 1 itself.
Shooting: Same old story, Girl shooters couldn't even qualify for finale
Rowing: Playing for pride (position 13-21), and there also losing.

Yeah! An amazing second game where she had to win 5 consecutive points to win the Game and did it.
All that she has face now is the Chinese(All other semi-finalists are Chinese!!!!!!!!!) -
Prashanth_p@cchiSaina next faces Yihan wang(Current World No:1). Saina has played 5 times against her and won just once π. That worries me a bit. But seeing her current form, I think she has got a chance, even if Saina looses it will be a hard-fought 3 setter.

In an unfortunate decision taken by International boxing Association, VIKAS K is out of Olympics. His American opponent has lodged complaint against the result in the last match (pre-quarters), and decision went for him and now VIKAS is out of Olympics.

Athletics: Men's 20km Race Walk - Irfan Thodi finishes 10th. Breaks National Record. Won miliions hearts. Krishna Poonia finished 7th Discus Throw Final.

He is 6'9" tall and very strong athlete, and recently won a medal in a NY beating some top competitors. On his best day He has the ability to win a medal for sure. He top the table in Group A, lets see if he can top the finale table as well.. π
