LG K10 (2017): An Android Nougat Smartphone With SOS Panic Button And Fingerprint Sensor

Yesterday we talked about the #-Link-Snipped-#, a smartphone which was exclusive to South Korea and now we have a smartphone that has been made with Indian sensibilities in mind. The LG K10 (2017) was launched today by Union IT Minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad in the presence of Kim Ki Wan, MD, LG India at a glittering press conference in New Delhi. The LG K10 (2017) has been apparently put together in Noida at LG smartphone manufacturing hub, that explains why the smartphone has 112 SOS panic button that will help you make calls in an emergency situation to selected contacts.

The LG K10 (2017) employs all the new design aesthetics that you expect from a mid-range smartphone. The curved metallic U frame of the LG K10 (2017) is complemented by smooth edges of 2.5D curved glass on the 5.3inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) resolution display. The advanced fingerprint sensor that is located just below the rear camera can not only keep your smartphone secure but also act as a quick shutter button for selfies and screen capture. The LG K10 (2017) also comes with a Quick Share feature that lets you take a video and share it immediately on any platform without leaving the camera app.

Speaking of cameras, the LG K10 (2017) has a 13MP, f2.2, 1/3inch CMOS sensor on the rear that is able to capture much more light than other smartphones in this range to give you the best picture. The front 5MP camera isn’t a slouch either as it can capture selfies quickly with Auto Shot feature. The LG K10 (2017) runs Android Nougat on a 1.2GHz octa-core processor with help of Mali T860MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The LG K10 (2017) has an internal memory of 16GB out of which 11.7GB remains vacant for the user. You can cram in microSD cards of up to 2TB on the LG K10 (2017).

The LG K10 (2017) is powered by a 2800mAh Li-Ion battery that can power it for up to a day on average use.
